CAPACITIVE FILLING SENSORS

Capacitive sensors for monitoring the filling of the feed hopper with the initial material allow the self-propelled cleaning complex to operate in an autonomous mode.

PRINCIPLE OF AUTOMATION OF A SELF-PROPELLED CLEANING COMPLEX

Sensors determine the degree of grain filling in the loading hopper. When the hopper is empty, the chassis drive is switched on, the unit moves closer to the pile, the conveyors are switched on and loading begins. When the hopper is full, the chassis automatically shuts down and the loading stops, only one separator works. By reducing the source material in the hopper, the loading conveyor and the chassis drive are switched on. The main task of the sensors is to ensure uninterrupted operation of the unit in automatic mode.

LOCATION OF CAPACITIVE FILLER SENSORS

The sensors are located in the loading bunker of the MGC-25 and MGC-30 units
