The preliminary cleaning unit is designed for preliminary cleaning and separation of large fractions from the general heap of cereals, legumes, vegetables and melons, as well as all kinds of bulk mixtures.

The unit is a hopper with a rotating calibration grid installed in it. The net is fixed on a removable frame and is driven by a geared motor. The rotation speed is controlled by a frequency converter.

Additional grates according to different material shapes.

The Pre-Cleaner is used for eliminating large impurities out of the grain material.

Usually the Pre-Cleaner is installed above the intake hopper of the ISM machine.
Grain gets onto the moving vibrating and rolling grate which eliminates all the large impurities from the cleaning material.
From the Pre-Cleaner grain gets into the separation chamber of the ISM.
